Accessibility Statement

The South Bohemia Convention Bureau website of the South Bohemian Tourism Authority (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) has been designed with a strong emphasis on clarity, usability, and accessibility of both its functionality and content.

The website ensures that its content is accessible to users with disabilities and complies with accessibility principles in accordance with Act No. 99/2019 Coll., on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications and amending Act No. 365/2000 Coll., on public administration information systems and amending certain other acts, as amended, which implements Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/2102 of October 26, 2016, on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications.

The website is built according to the HTML5 specification and adheres to syntactic and semantic correctness. Content and presentation are separated using CSS. The pages remain accessible even when JavaScript is disabled, without any loss of content or navigation information. The website can therefore be used on various output devices.

This website is partially compliant with EN 301 549 V2 1.2 and the WCAG 2.1 standard due to insufficiently accessible content or the exceptions listed below.

Bringing these deficiencies into compliance with the law and accessibility guidelines would be financially burdensome for the operator in this case; therefore, pursuant to Section 7 Act No. 356/2000 Coll., as amended, does not provide for any additional provisions in this regard.

This statement was prepared based on an assessment conducted by a third party—the technical operator of this website (PORTA DESIGN s.r.o.).

This statement was prepared in accordance with the laws and legislative standards listed above, the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic’s methodological guidelines regarding this law, the EN 301 549 V2 1.2 standard, and the internationally recognized Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).
