About the South Bohemia Convention Bureau
We are a specialized division of the South Bohemian Tourism Headquarters, which is responsible for destination management in the South Bohemian Region.
Our team, in collaboration with partners in the region, offers free support and assistance in organizing your event so that it runs smoothly and participants leave with positive impressions. We offer effective support for organizing conferences, conventions, and incentive events in South Bohemia. We have been a member of the Czech Convention Bureau since 2011.

We’ll select a suitable location and venue for your event based on your requirements. You can quickly browse our offerings using our online venue search tool.
Arranging site inspections / familiarization tours
Based on the event organizer’s requirements, we will arrange a familiarization trip to introduce participants to the destination and the various service providers.
Planning pre- and post-tour activities and incentive programs
We’ll create a customized proposal and itinerary for the supporting program of your event. We’ll find the perfect venue for your gala evening, recommend a suitable incentive program, and suggest interesting places to visit at your destination.
Organization of press and fam trips
We regularly organize incentive trips for selected event organizers and journalists to showcase the region’s MICE opportunities.
Promotional materials
We will provide both the event organizers and participants with informational materials about the destination and promotional items.
