MICE Trip in Tábor

Is Tábor the ideal destination for conference tourism or your corporate event? On our MICE trip through the Toulava tourist region, we found that the answer is definitely yes.
Nine adults are posing together on a wooden suspension bridge, with a lush green forest behind them.

Located just 60 minutes from Prague, this region combines history, fine dining, beautiful natural scenery, and professional facilities for corporate events and conferences.

Tábor has several high-quality conference hotels located right in the historic city center. These include, for example, the LH Hotel Dvořák, the Hotel Palcát, and the Boutique Hotel Nautilus, all of which offer modern conference facilities and comfortable accommodations.

The entire region also offers a wide range of accompanying activities. Few destinations can combine historical atmosphere and nature as naturally as Toulava. The local Lužnice River Valley Trail, included on the prestigious Leading Quality Trails – Best of Europe list, invites visitors not only to enjoy active recreation but also to participate in sustainable programs such as river cleanup efforts.

In case of bad weather, you can head to Tábor’s underground tunnels or one of the local museums. In addition to the Hussite Museum and the Chocolate and Marzipan Museum, you’ll also find the Museum of Illusions, a new addition to Tábor.

The Bechyně Estate is another exceptional venue for events—a historic gem that features the largest conference space in South Bohemia, the Castle Riding Hall. For smaller gatherings, social events, or weddings, the Vok Hall or the Castle Banquet Hall are ideal. The complex also includes a golf course, a guesthouse, and other stylish lodging options. Additionally, accommodations are available right at the castle itself.

Come to South Bohemia not only for education, but also to explore and enjoy a meaningful break.

“Your support is crucial for us, not only in preparation but also in the execution of our shows. Recently, we collaborated on last year’s fairy tale ‘The Key of St. Peter’ at Zvíkov Castle and this year on the series ‘Protectors’ – filming is taking place in Tábor and the surrounding area.

I must highlight how much you have helped us. We are currently consulting with you on the TV miniseries ‘Rain Stick’ and a Christmas fairy tale for 2025. We believe that with your help, both projects will be visually appealing and successful with audiences. The South Bohemian Film Office has become an indispensable partner for Czech Television. Thanks to your expertise and knowledge of the region, we can utilize unique locations and bring our viewers authentic and visually attractive stories.

Thank you for your flexibility, professionalism, and commitment. We look forward to more successful projects that we will realize together.”
