AV Conference Center Nove Hrady

The Conference Center of the Czech Academy of Sciences is located in a historic Empire-style chateau in Nové Hrady, South Bohemia. It is part of the academic and university center of the Institute of Nanobiology and Structural Biology of the CAS (CVGZ). Since its opening in 2001, it has hosted numerous significant national and international events. These are held in the extensive conference, social, and accommodation facilities of the chateau complex, which was built by the Buquoy family in the early 19th century.

The complex also includes a chateau park, which naturally complements the center’s facilities and offers space for informal program activities and relaxation.
