Castle Riding Hall
Non-binding inquiryThe Castle Riding Hall is located within the Český Krumlov castle complex near the Baroque garden. It was built between 1744 and 1746 in the Viennese Rococo style during the reign of Prince Joseph Adam of Schwarzenberg, who transformed his residence following the model of the imperial court in Vienna. The design was created by Viennese architect Andreas Altomonte, and the stucco decoration was crafted by sculptor Jan Antonín Zinner.
Today, it serves as a multifunctional space for concerts, conferences, balls, wedding receptions, banquets, and exhibitions. It also regularly hosts concerts for the International Music Festival Český Krumlov. Thanks to its capacity and character, the hall is particularly suitable for larger events.
