Hotel České Žleby is located in the Šumava National Park, in the most western quiet part of Lipno.   The hotel itself has a training center equipped with necessary technology and a capacity of 70 seats. The training center can be divided into two separate rooms with capacities of 20+30 seats. The parking capacity is 35 spaces in total.

The hotel includes a restaurant with top-notch gastronomy and a seating capacity of 80. It also boasts a beautiful wellness center with a sauna world (4 saunas, a cooling pool, spacious relaxation areas, and a self-service bar), a wet area with a pool and hot tub, and massage options.

The hotel offers an 18-hole Adventure golf course, where a golf tournament can be organized for guests, and a tennis court with a view of Třístoličník.

From the hotel, guests can embark on interesting excursions by train, bike, on foot, or on rollerblades. Upon prior arrangement, the hotel can also provide a guide. An interesting hiking trip suggestion could be a 27 km walk from Nové Údolí to Třístoličník, crossing the highest ridge of Šumava and the highest mountain Plechý, passing the glacial Plešné Lake, and continuing to Jelení vrchy along the Schwarzenberg Shipping Canal, Medvědí Trail to the train station, and taking the train back to the hotel.
