The conference hall is located on the ground floor of the Renaissance hospital building, which was added to the Minorite monastery near the Church of St. John the Baptist.

The hall is divided lengthwise by columns; on the left side, there is a row of windows with blinds and a desk arrangement, while the right side is an open space—along the wall are panels featuring a year-round exhibition and the entrance to a kitchenette, in front of which are three buffet tables. At the front of the hall is a raised platform with a lectern, technical equipment, two tables, and a 170 x 230 cm projection screen. The capacity can be increased to 120 seats by moving the tables into the open space on the right and adding stacking chairs.
