The conference hall is located on the ground floor of a Renaissance hospital building attached to the Minorite monastery near the church of St. John the Baptist. The hall is halved by columns lengthways, on the left side there are windows with blinds and a table arrangement, on the right there is free space – by the wall there are exhibition panels with a year-round exhibition and an entrance to the kitchen. In front of the entrance there are three buffet tables. At the head of the hall there is an elevated step with a speaker’s desk, equipment, two desks and a projection screen (size 170 x 230 cm). The capacity can be increased by moving the desks to the free space on the right and adding up to 120 seats.
