The modern multi-purpose house was created by a unique revitalization of the house (originally built in 1932). It is located in the very centre of the Slavonice urban conservation zone, in the immediate vicinity of the Renaissance square. The house offers facilities for chamber and larger events – with a main hall, clubhouse, attic, spacious lobby and gallery for banquets and similar events. The complex also has an inner courtyard with outdoor seating, open-air art productions and barbecue facilities. The reconstruction project has received Czech and international prizes. Its highest achievement was being nominated in the international competition Mies Van Rohe Award 2015.
