Hotel Vodník is located in the romantic surroundings of a former public bathhouse on the edge of Vimperk in the Šumava Mountains. This location, known as Na Vodníku, is a true hidden gem—ideal for those weary of daily routines or the rush of work life.
The restaurant specializes in grilled steaks and fish and offers seating for 50 guests. A private lounge with a fireplace can host up to 25 people for more intimate gatherings. In warmer seasons, the summer terrace and wooden dock overlooking the water provide a truly magical atmosphere. For larger private or corporate events, a spacious hall connected to the restaurant can accommodate over 100 guests, featuring unique design and views of nearby reservoirs, complete with a large fireplace to warm up by in the winter.
You can also enjoy a sauna for up to 8 people, located in a floating houseboat on the water, with views of the surrounding nature.
Within walking distance, you’ll find the Vimperk Castle, open year-round with its museum, a fitness center, and the world-class bar The Door.
