The Vrbenské Rybníky educational trail offers a unique opportunity for groups to explore local biodiversity and learn about the sustainable management of aquatic and wetland ecosystems.

The educational trail was established within the Vrbenské Rybníky nature reserve, a popular tourist location on the outskirts of České Budějovice.

The trail runs along the dams of the local ponds (Černiš, Domín, Nový Vrbenský, and Starý Vrbenský) and focuses on introducing the flora and fauna of the pond area. At the end of the journey, you can sample local beer at the Kněžínek brewery and restaurant, located in a beautifully renovated old farmhouse.
