Living history at Housův mill in Hussite Tábor
Immerse yourself in history and experience it first-hand with various contests, games and competitions. The Housův mill’s premises, located in the Tismenice valley (beneath the walls of the town of Tábor), offer a medieval tavern, the largest film armoury in Central Europe and a stylish space for your program.
Choose from a menu of eight stylish themes for corporate events. - Medieval Feast
Sit with your friends at a richly laid table in a hall full of courtiers, knights, minstrels, dancers and jugglers. The evening will be guided by a magician and prankster, the jester called Žito, who will introduce you to the monarch. You will play a number of medieval games and have some fun. You can taste dishes from the menu of our ancestors and throw the bones to dogs. Your meetings can be set in the Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque period, or ancient Rome or the Orient.
- With the Hussites against everyone
The program presents a unique historical motif offered by the town of Tábor – the Hussite movement. We recommend this theme for teambuilding activities. There is a humorous use of the different positions of the Hussites and Crusaders in the form of period contests and a program that complements these competitions.
- King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table
This theme revives a traditional Celtic legend. It has a mystical touch and a unique mysterious atmosphere. The program is accompanied by actors, who introduce important moments of the legendary story to the audience.
- Life in the South Bohemian Mill
This program promotes a competitive atmosphere between teams. The actors create an atmosphere of hustle and bustle in the mill, and the lively atmosphere is completed by a band with an old Czech repertoire.
- Treasure Island
Do you like deserted islands? Can you keep pace with the pirates during the evening party? Raise the Jolly Roger flag on the mast, and taste the hard drinks of the even harder sea wolves, but don’t forget to look for the forgotten treasure. The romantic theme is suitable for families with children. Competitive activities can take place independently or can be connected with a search for hidden treasure.
- Lemonade Joe
A funny prank inspired by a famous Czech movie. This interactive program, full of mischievous moments, is particularly suitable for groups who have known each other for some time.
- Mexican hacienda
A swift program and unique gastronomical experience. We recommend this as an evening corporate event. The involvement of spectators in programs can only be marginal and non-competitive.
- Outdoor activities
Lovers of sports, hiking and adrenaline experiences can choose from a wide range of options, both in the Housův mill area, and in Tábor and its surroundings
